CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment.

Less than 24 hours notice will incur a £10 charge

Missed appointments will be charged in full.
Emergencies will be exempt from this policy, at the discretion of the practitioner. Two missed appointments in a 12 month period will result in removal from the client list.
APPOINTMENTS
When booking your appointment you will be allocated a booking time, however, due to the nature of the business these are not guaranteed. Although we endeavour to arrive within the specified time slot, we do ask for 30 minutes grace at either side of the allocated time. You will be notified of any delays should it expand beyond this window.
